This policy applies to private individuals and not valid to business customers.
As a customer you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 3 working days from the date of order. This applies to both standard and non-standard doors (custom sizes provided by customer while filling the form). To do so you must notify us in written form (by e-mail) within the period of 3 working days after order and receive a confirmation of cancelation from our company.
Orders placed for non-standard (custom sizes) products may not be cancelled. All non-standard (custom sizes provided by customer while filling the form) products are manufactured according to usual manufacturing standards with a +/-1.5mm tolerance on widths and heights. Goods will be manufactured according to specifications customer has provided, without any exceptions.
If customer cancels the order within 3 working days, we will refund all the costs paid by customer within 14 days after receiving payment for goods.
While in your possession, you must keep any products or parts you intend to return to us in good condition. You will be responsible if any of those are lost, damaged or destroyed while they are in your possession.
Varene skal returneres til oss i god stand og innen 14 dager etter at kunden har mottatt dem. Når de kommer tilbake til oss, forbeholder vi oss retten til å inspisere dem for skade og manglende deler. Ved mangel av eller skade på deler forbeholder vi oss retten til å foreta en delvis betaling eller avslå betaling i sin helhet.
If the product received by customer has any transit damage to the outer packaging then this must be noted when signing the carrier’s delivery note or hand-held computer for future references. Please take photos of damaged packaging. If it is obvious that the whole set has been damaged during transit then you can refuse delivery and ask for a replacement set to be sent.
If within 7 working days after delivery of goods you find that there is a manufacturing defect or some parts are missing then there is no need to return the full set to us as you can contact our customer service department and they will send out missing parts.
