Shipping costs

We deliver goods throughout Norway. Delivery costs are calculated based on the postal code at the buyer's address (delivery address). We work with DB Schenker to deliver the order, but in certain cases we reserve the right to use other carriers.

What is the delivery time of the order?

Products have 8-12 weeks delivery time to the customer after order is placed

If product is damaged?

It is important that you inspect the item well after receiving it and before sign the DB Schenker delivery note. If something goes wrong. Send a complaint Email with images to: kundeservice@dordirekte.no

Are the prices including VAT?

All prices on our website include VAT.

Has my order gone through? Missing order confirmation.

Always check that the correct e-mail address has been registered when ordering. If you have written the correct e-mail and still have not received an order confirmation, we recommend that you contact us at kundeservice@dordirekte.no  so we can check it for you.

Yes, all our doors can be ordered as a double-leaf door.

Can I choose any color when ordering a door?

Ja! Vi har 1 standardfarger NCS S 0502Y i sortimentet vårt som kan fås uten tillegg i pris, men kunde kan få akkurat den fargen de ønsker mot et tillegg i pris.

Do you have an show room where I can see the products?

No, unfortunately we do not have that.

What payment options do I have?

In our online store, you can pay by invoice through Klarna.

What if I have not found the answers to my questions?

Do you produce non-standard doors?

Yes, we try to adapt to the customer's needs as best we can. Ask for more information kundeservice@dordirekte.no.

Can order be changed or canceled?

Ja, du kan endre eller annullere bestillingen din. Men det må gjøres skriftlig via e-post og senest 3 virker dager  etter bestillingen vaer gjørt.
