Delivery Policy

Delivery Information:

We deliver to all parts of Norway.

Delivery cost is calculated from the postal code the buyer provides (shipping address).

We mainly use Schenker as our partner for deliveries, but we reserve the right to use other carriers or the manufacturer’s own transport in certain cases.

Delivery Time:

Delivery time can vary from product to product, depending on whether it is a standard size goods or non-standard (custom sizes provided by the buyer).

The estimated delivery time will be stated at the time of ordering and upon the receipt of the order confirmation.

Before the shipment is delivered, the customer will be contacted by the carrier for further information.

In some rare cases, there might be deviations from the agreed delivery time on the part of the carrier. If so, you will be notified in advance by our carrier.

If the product received by the buyer has any transit damage to the outer packaging then this must be noted when signing the carrier’s delivery note or hand-held computer for future references. Please take photos of damaged packaging. If it is obvious that the whole set has been damaged during transit then you can refuse delivery and ask for a replacement set to be sent. In case of such damage, please write to our customer support.
